Welcome to Hi Def Event Group! We are dedicated to providing exceptional DJ and event entertainment services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging Hi Def Event Group for your event, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Hi Def Event Group provides professional DJ and event entertainment services for various occasions, including but not limited to parties, bars, weddings, and special events. Specific services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client.
a. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement/Proposal and the agreed-upon non-refundable deposit.
b. Payment Schedule: A deposit (as specified in the Service Agreement) is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due [e.g., 7 days, 30 days] prior to the event date.
c. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee of [e.g., 5%] of the outstanding balance for every [e.g., 7 days] the payment is overdue.
d. Additional Fees: Any additional services or extended performance time requested on the event day will be subject to additional charges, agreed upon at the time of request.
a. Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within [e.g., 30 days] of the event, the client may be liable for a percentage of the total service fee, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
b. Hi Def Event Group Cancellation: In the unlikely event Hi Def Event Group must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement DJ of equal caliber or offer a full refund of all monies paid.
c. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to Hi Def Event Group's availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
a. Venue Access: The client must ensure adequate access to the venue for setup and teardown at agreed-upon times.
b. Power: The client must ensure a safe and sufficient power supply is available at the performance area.
c. Space: The client must provide adequate space for DJ equipment setup, as specified by Hi Def Event Group.
d. Security: For certain events, the client may be responsible for providing adequate security to ensure the safety of Hi Def Event Group personnel and equipment.
a. Music Selection: The client will provide music preferences and any "do not play" lists in advance of the event. While we strive to accommodate all requests, the final music selection remains at the discretion of the DJ to maintain flow and energy.
b. Conduct: The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any damage to Hi Def Event Group equipment caused by guests will be the responsibility of the client.
a. SMS Use Cases: By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from Hi Def Event Group. These messages will be limited to appointment confirmations and event reminder notifications only. We will not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS without explicit, separate consent.
b. Opt-out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we may send you an additional message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you wish to rejoin, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
c. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
d. Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
e. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt-in to and receive SMS messages from Hi Def Event Group. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Hi Def Event Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.
Hi Def Event Group will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government regulations, or power outages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
Hi Def Event Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
